Make sure that someone in your organization owns and has responsibility for promoting your business and defining your brand's identity. If no one is responsible and accountable for public relations it has a way of being pushed to the side or not prioritized for your business. Your image is important and it can create sales and growth so give it the investment of time that it deserves.
